A frontend dev who also builds communities.
I'm Rafael Souza, known online as Raffx. I'm 22 years old and I work as a frontend developer and community manager. My work brings together product building and community development, creating well-structured interfaces and spaces where people can connect, participate, and grow.
Today, I work with React, Next.js, and Angular building SaaS products at A5 Solutions. At the same time, I lead the structuring of JET LATAM, a regional initiative connected to the Jito ecosystem on Solana. Throughout my journey, I've also moderated Discord communities and led educational initiatives around AI.
I hold a degree in Information Systems from FIAP, where I built my foundation in programming, business, and project management.
I believe great products and great communities come from the same place: attention to detail and respect for people's time.

A privacy-first treasury layer, a regional hub for the Jito ecosystem, and an educational bot — three angles on how I think about products and communities.
Project 01
AEGIS — private execution for shared treasuries.
Aegis turns multisig treasury payments into privacy-preserving, auditable transfers without breaking existing approval workflows. Built on Squads and powered by Cloak, it enables Solana-based treasuries to run payroll, invoicing, and audits without exposing sensitive on-chain data, with scoped, time-bound audit access and signed exports. v0 live on Devnet.

JetLatam — regional hub for the Jito ecosystem.
Official website for JET LATAM, the regional initiative aligned with the Jito ecosystem on Solana. I led the frontend and worked as a Community Operations Associate — shaping the web experience, the multilingual Discord, bounty campaigns, and partner coordination.

An educational bot for SuperteamBR that delivers glossary entries, quizzes, and contextual explanations directly inside the chats where the Solana community already lives. It supports DMs, groups, and inline mode — in PT and EN. It reduces onboarding friction without taking anyone off-platform.
