JetLatam — regional hub for the Jito ecosystem.

Official website for JET LATAM, the regional initiative aligned with the Jito ecosystem on Solana. I led the frontend and worked as a Community Operations Associate — shaping the web experience, the multilingual Discord, bounty campaigns, and partner coordination.

Overview

JET LATAM is the regional initiative aligned with the Jito ecosystem on Solana, rooted in Brazil and focused on expanding Jito adoption across Latin America. The site is the initiative's public hub: it presents the pillars of work (community, developers, validators, and institutions), surfaces events, opens paths to participate, and connects people to the Discord and community campaigns.

The challenge

The challenge was building a credible reference point for an ecosystem still emerging in the region, one that speaks to very different audiences, from the broad community to validators and institutions, without losing clarity. This called for a coherent multilingual presence and a narrative that explained Jito's role on Solana plainly, serving a community spread across several countries and languages.

Outcome

I led the site's frontend in Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Tailwind, with internationalization across Portuguese, English, and Spanish, plus a light and dark theme toggle. As Community Operations Associate, I worked on running the community on Discord, on bounty campaigns, on partner coordination, and on supporting events, tying the web experience to the community work behind it.
